Company: Confidential Reputable Software Company Sell Smarter to an Industry That Needs Better Tools We are hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across approved U.S. markets. This is a fully remote sales role for someone who can quickly build credibility, lead consultative conversations, and consistently move opportunities through the pipeline. In this role, you will work with construction and design professionals, helping them evaluate tools that improve client management, project coordination, communication, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, solution selling, and helping customers improve how they run their business. Your Role As an Account Executive, you will manage a remote sales pipeline across multiple states and territories, guiding prospects from initial discovery through close. You'll play a key role in driving revenue while delivering a professional, consultative buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a remote sales pipeline across assigned markets
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with construction and design professionals
  • Identify customer challenges and position the platform as a valuable solution
  • Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline activity, and forecasting
  • Adapt to feedback, evolving priorities, and growth-stage sales goals
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and strong business judgment
  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, ideally in SaaS, software, services, or consultative selling
  • Experience selling to SMBs, construction, or design industries is a plus
  • Strong communication, discovery, and closing skills
  • Comfortable selling remotely across multiple states or territories
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-up
  • Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Proven success in a high-performance sales role
  • Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 employment
  • Base Salary: $60,000 annually
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $142,440 based on performance
