What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own the operational infrastructure for partner motions, focusing on end-to-end systems surrounding the quote-to-cash motion
  • Standardize partner workflows globally and identify bottlenecks for process improvements
  • Maintain clean partner data and support dashboards and reporting for partner performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational readiness and manage RFP responses
  • Review and process incoming channel purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy across systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 2-3+ years in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Partner Ops, or similar GTM Ops roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including opportunity structure and custom workflows
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Problem-solver mindset with a focus on operational excellence
  • Experience supporting MSP, reseller, VAR, distributor, or channel-driven SaaS motions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with DealHub CPQ, RFP management, and partner portals
  • Understanding of global channel compliance, discounting rules, and margin optimization
