Email Marketing: Canva Template Builder + ActiveCampaign Email Production (Conference Marketing)
Canva Template Builder + ActiveCampaign Email Specialist (Conference Marketing) Overview - We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented email production specialist to support our upcoming conference (May). - This is not a creative design role. You will be working from existing designs and direction to: - Create a reusable Canva “kit of parts” - Build and format emails in ActiveCampaign We provide all copy, structure, and visual direction, along with past campaign examples. What You’ll Do - Create a modular set of reusable email components in Canva (headers, sections, CTAs, etc.) - Use these components to quickly assemble email graphics - Build emails in ActiveCampaign using provided copy - Ensure emails are clean, consistent, and on-brand - Optimize for mobile readability and deliverability - Test emails across devices before sending - Make quick updates based on feedback - Occasionally create simple supporting assets (social posts, banners) What We’re Looking For - Strong Canva experience (template-based work, not just design) - Proven experience building emails in ActiveCampaign - Strong understanding of email layout and formatting best practices - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Fast turnaround (24–48 hours per email) - Comfortable following direction and working within an existing style system - Fluent English communication Bonus - Experience with conference or event marketing - Experience creating reusable design systems or templates Project Details - Ongoing freelance work (now through end of May) ~ 1-2 emails per week - Additional light production/design tasks as needed To Apply - Please include: - Examples of emails you’ve built (not just designed) - Any examples of template systems or reusable components you’ve created - Confirmation of ActiveCampaign experience - Your typical turnaround time per email - Your rate (hourly or per email) Start your application with the word “Conference” Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
