Video-Editing: Instagram Reel w/ Retention & B-roll (Writer's Podcast)

I need someone to edit an Instagram reel of a footage from a podcast. It says the file is too large so please message me and I will send a GoogleDrive link so you can download the video. Audience for this video: - Aspiring writers (primary). Creators & Artists (secondary) Targeted emotion I need them to feel: - Uplifting inspiration + thrill of insight Requirements: - Total final length of the video should be between 50 and 60 seconds. - I need color correction and consistent palette from frame to frame. - In the first 2 seconds of the video, I need the strongest hook, best snappiest (but not overwhelming) editing skill and effect you've got - 2-3 motion graphics with captions/words animated to keep the retention going throughout the video - captions running at all times until the very end - 3-4 B-roll shots spread out throughout the reel but their meaning and objects have to match what the narrator is saying - Final slide at the end with "You've got time". The process I'm expecting: - You'll edit the video to the best of your ability and get back to me for review. - If I'm 100% happy, no further work. - If I need any changes, please expect to do them, but I understand that they shouldn't be large - just a few small detail fixes. - I trust the talent with the original creator vision but I will be able to tell if the work wasn't done pure-heartedly. Most of the times I won't ask for large remakes if the editor understood the message of the video and edited the mood and the effects of the video accordingly.
