Consulting Business Analyst

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

Work on complex client engagements with experienced dss+ Consultants, Managers, and Industry subject-matter experts; gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
Analyze data, operational processes, and risks to identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping frame problems and explore solutions.
Support risk management discussions and help structure frameworks for operational risk analysis.
Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and support the delivery of key milestones.
Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
Learn and apply new analytical tools and technologies as part of your development.

Requirements:

BA/BS in a business-related major or engineering.
A self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude.
High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Willingness and ability to travel and work on client sites as required.
Some prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment.
