About the Role:We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based healthcare education and consulting firm specializing in peptide therapy and regenerative health. They are seeking a Student Success Manager to support healthcare professionals throughout their learning journey. This role is focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience through responsive communication, onboarding support, and ongoing engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, CRM (Go High Level), and online community platforms Ensure all client communications are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally Support new client onboarding by addressing general program inquiries and guiding users through initial steps Assist with enrollment-related queries and help clients navigate the registration process Maintain organized records of client interactions within internal systems Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required Uphold a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or similar roles Experience using Go High Level (GHL) CRM Proficiency in Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting online education platforms or high-ticket programs Exposure to the healthcare, wellness, or medical industry What We're Looking For: A customer-focused professional who is responsive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment A proactive communicator who can manage multiple client interactions effectively A team player who knows when to escalate issues and collaborate cross-functionally Passion for supporting healthcare professionals and contributing to their success n n$1,000 - $1,100 a month U.S.-based healthcare education institution | Central Standard Time (CST) working hours | Full-time (40 hours per week) n Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
