Remote Senior Brand Manager - Beauty & Wellness

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the beauty and wellness sector, seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to shape impactful campaigns from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness market, consumer insights, and brand positioning. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share growth through innovative marketing initiatives across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target consumers. Oversee all aspects of brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and inform brand strategy. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, PR, and influencer collaborations. Collaborate with product development teams to guide new product launches and ensure brand consistency. Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers. Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies. Lead and mentor junior brand marketing team members. Champion brand vision and ensure its consistent application across all touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or wellness industries. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching impactful brand campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and brand strategy development. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and influencer marketing. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Creative thinker with a passion for the beauty and wellness space. Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
