Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in driving key initiatives across the organization, supporting a growing Project Management Office (PMO) within a dynamic and evolving environment. Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this individual will lead multiple concurrent projects spanning technology, business operations, and acquisition integrations, helping bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving initiatives. This is a primarily remote position with flexibility across U.S. time zones, though candidates in Pacific Time may be considered on an exception basis. The role offers an opportunity to join a PMO that is still being built, making it ideal for a project manager who is eager to contribute to process development and grow alongside the organization. Success in this role requires a strong balance of structured project management discipline and adaptability. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and driving progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and maintaining momentum despite ambiguity or shifting priorities. A significant portion of the role centers on communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who can confidently lead meetings, influence without authority, and effectively partner with senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a demonstrated ability to manage diverse project types, including technology implementations, operational improvements, and business integration efforts such as mergers and acquisitions. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes. Equally important is the ability to bring order to complex or unstructured situations, helping teams navigate change with flexibility and pragmatism. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood. They will proactively identify risks and dependencies, facilitate timely decision-making, and maintain transparency through consistent communication. Strong facilitation skills are essential, as the role requires leading discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving accountability. The organization values professionals who are adaptable and solutions-oriented rather than rigid in their approach. While familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is important, success in this role is driven more by judgment, communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment. Experience with acquisition or integration projects is a strong advantage. Candidates should have at least six years of project management experience across a variety of project types, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PMP certification is required. Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives is essential. This is a direct hire opportunity with minimal travel requirements.
