What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Collaborate with our global team to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our customer experience

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a stable and reliable internet connection (> 40mbps)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in using various software applications and tools
