Your Role as a Seller Operations Associate

As a Seller Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their event and order-related questions
  • Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
  • Collaborating with the team to advance individual and team goals, including ongoing learnings and skill development

Your Progress as a Seller Operations Associate

Here's a breakdown of your role expectations in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:

  • 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
  • 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
  • 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

To succeed as a Seller Operations Associate, you'll need:

  • Interest in the live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude

Work Environment and Schedule

Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Your work schedule will be:

  • Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off (first 4 weeks for training)
  • Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off (after training)

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time employee, you'll enjoy:
