Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence through active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer issues, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all interactions

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
