What we need We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Supply Chain Process & Systems to lead and optimize supply chain operations through process improvement and systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, project management, and advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring seamless integration of supply chain processes across the organization. What we do Our global sourcing, procurement and third-party supplier team develop innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements and help support supplier relationship management, commercial and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance. What you’ll do Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across supply chain functions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction. Analyze end-to-end workflows (procure-to-pay, material planning, supplier execution) to identify bottlenecks, failure points, and system gaps, and deploy sustainable solutions. Own and optimize invoice resolution processes, partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and implement system-based controls to prevent recurrence. Oversee the performance, data integrity, and integration of ERP (SAP) and PLM (Teamcenter) systems within supply chain operations. Partner with IT to design, configure, and enhance system capabilities, including workflows, master data governance, and reporting structures. Drive system adoption and training across the supply chain organization to ensure consistent and effective use of tools and processes. Lead supply chain projects using structured project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent), including project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain processes with business and project objectives. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., invoice accuracy, cycle times, supplier performance), identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Lead, develop, and coach a team, fostering a high-performance and accountable environment. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on process optimization, systems integration, or operations excellence. Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and scaling teams. Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred). Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP) and PLM systems (Teamcenter or similar), including system workflows, data structures, and integrations. Demonstrated experience in invoice resolution, procure-to-pay processes, and financial reconciliation workflows. Experience working in complex, project-based or automation/construction environments (highly preferred). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to drive insights and decision-making. Strong understanding of cross-functional supply chain processes, including procurement, supplier management, planning, and logistics. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions. Our Environment Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The base range for this position in the posted location is $108,000.00 - $148,500.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
