If you have a Workday HCM consulting background, bring your knowledge and talent to Alchemy’s fun, team-centered, and customer-focused environment! As an experienced member of the deployment team, you’ll seek inventive solutions on behalf of customers, and you’ll help develop and refine our deployment strategy. Your Responsibilities Be an expert in the Workday HCM product suite and lead clients through their Workday implementation and the project development lifecycle. Perform the following as a member of a deployment team: understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers. Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday. Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects. Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices. Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production. Work with clients to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe. Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets. Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model. Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications. About You (Required Skills) Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience. 3+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM, Benefits and Learning, preferably with a Workday partner. Previous experience leading and deploying HCM in Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications. Ability to use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions. Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and functional end-users.
