Remote Hotel Sales Specialist

  • Manage group business inquiries and locally negotiated rates across multiple limited- or select-service hotels. The portfolio size is based on the hotel's scope and demand level
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals detailing availability, rates, and hotel offerings
  • Respond to incoming leads via Cvent, PartnerNet, Brand.com, and other platforms for all assigned properties
  • Conduct timely follow-up with clients via phone and email on pending opportunities
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts for group business and negotiated rates
  • Process executed agreements by sending countersigned contracts, updating CRM systems, building room blocks in brand systems, and providing booking instructions to clients
  • Oversee and manage room blocks throughout the booking lifecycle
  • Upload and maintain room pick-up reports within CRM platforms
  • Manage the annual RFP season, including development and submission of corporate business cases for negotiated rates
  • Proactively prospect to generate new business and grow existing client relationships to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Deliver weekly and monthly production reports to property leadership and ownership groups
  • Support special projects as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and working knowledge of relevant brand systems

  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Location & Work Expectations:

  • Fused will provide all required technology for this role
  • Work schedule may exceed 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday), including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Flexible scheduling and paid time off, including holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for periodic travel

Pay: $58,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year Benefits:
