About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Development Engineer to drive the design and development of our Oracle CPQ platform. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on technical expert who thrives in complex environments, operates with urgency, and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality systems that directly drive business outcomes. You will be a key contributor to the team—upholding engineering excellence, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and executing with speed and precision. This role requires deep expertise in CPQ and the ability to translate complex commercial models into robust, scalable implementations. While focused on CPQ, you will ensure seamless integration with upstream systems such as Salesforce and downstream platforms including Zuora, PIM/PDH, and the Oracle EBS/Fusion stack (RMCS, FOM, SMC), with a strong emphasis on end-to-end system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Execute hands-on architecture, design, and development of Oracle CPQ solutions (BML, configuration, pricing, rules, approvals). Drive high-quality, scalable implementations with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and reliability. Operate with urgency and ownership, ensuring timely delivery of business-critical capabilities. Design and implement complex product and pricing models, including hardware, software, and bundled offerings. Build and optimize advanced pricing engines, discounting frameworks, and approval workflows. Implement and uphold engineering best practices, including clean code, modular design, testing rigor, and CI/CD alignment. Mentor and elevate team members, providing hands-on guidance in design, development, and problem-solving. Execute cross-system integration design and implementation across Salesforce (upstream) and downstream systems (Zuora, PIM/PDH, Oracle EBS/Fusion including RMCS, FOM, SMC). Translate business requirements into scalable, elegant CPQ solutions with a deep understanding of business processes. Perform root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues with a focus on long-term stability. Utilize and contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators to increase team velocity and consistency. Support continuous improvement and modernization, including automation and AI-driven enhancements. What You’ll Bring 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering with deep Oracle CPQ expertise. Seeking an individual with strong technological expertise who brings a robust Oracle CPQ solutioning mindset and approach. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact systems with speed and quality. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate with urgency in fast-paced environments. Deep hands-on expertise in CPQ development (BML, configurators, pricing, integrations). Strong understanding of complex selling models (bundles, subscriptions, renewals, entitlements). Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce and enterprise systems (Zuora, PIM/PDH, Oracle EBS/Fusion stack). Ability to mentor and elevate team members, maintaining a high bar for technical excellence. Strong grasp of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence. Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance and functionality of CPQ tools and integration channels. Continuously audit and ensure compliance with security standards across systems. Stay updated on platform advancements and advocate for new tools or processes to maintain competitive technical capability. What Sets You Apart You are a builder at heart who leads by example through your work. You bring intensity, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship. You contribute to the speed, quality, and execution across the team. You thrive in challenging environments and consistently deliver beyond expectations.
