We run reactivation campaigns reaching out to past homeowners and converting them into property maintenance plan members. We are hiring experienced appointment setters to join our remote team. The leads here are different from most setting roles. The majority of the people you will be contacting are homeowners who have already spent between $3,000 and $100,000 with the company on a completed outdoor project. They know the brand. They trust the company. You are not reaching out to strangers — you are following up with people who have a real prior relationship with the business. Most outreach starts via text and you move warm responses to a booked phone call with our maintenance specialist. Your job is simple — make contact, build a little rapport, and get them scheduled. That is it. You do not sell the plan. You do not explain pricing. You book the call. Pay is per confirmed appointment that shows. Competitive rate paid per show. The volume is consistent and the leads are warm so your earning potential is directly tied to how well you work the list. What the role looks like: Outreach starts via SMS — you work warm replies and move them to a booked appointment Majority of contacts are past clients who already spent $3k to $100k with the company Full script and training provided before your first contact Flexible hours — you work the list on your schedule You are not closing anything — your only job is to get them on the calendar What we are looking for: Experienced in appointment setting, outbound calling, or similar phone and text-based outreach roles Comfortable on the phone and over text — you sound like a real person, not a script Organised — you follow up, you track your contacts, you do not drop leads Self-motivated — pay per show means your income reflects your effort Reliable — when you commit to working a shift or a list you follow through What we are not looking for: People who need a guaranteed hourly rate regardless of output People who cannot handle light objections or awkward conversations People who will go off script or try to sell the plan themselves If this sounds like the right fit, apply below and we will be in touch to schedule an interview.
