Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Following up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including claims coordinators and other team members

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or claims processing
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
