You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting delivery information and tracking packages into our system
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure seamless delivery experiences
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications while on phone calls, requiring strong multitasking skills
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry, with attention to detail and a typing speed of 30 wpm (including 10-key)

  • Ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, with proficiency in multiple computer applications
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
