Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences while accurately and efficiently managing data. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries via email, chat, or other digital platforms. You will also be responsible for entering and maintaining customer information and interactions in databases and systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
