Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care & Sales Representative to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service while providing support for customers' inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You'll also be responsible for selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you can expect to:

  • Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives
  • Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, adapting to changing customer needs and business requirements
  • Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on providing care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
  • Dedication and reliability, with a reliable track record of attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

Work at Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Work in a distraction-free workplace that meets arenaflex's ergonomic standards
  • Meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)

Compensation

As a top performer, you can earn up to $28+ per hour, with a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional income through our Pay Per Experience model, where you'll get paid for each completed conversation with a customer.
