Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
  • Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above.

Requirements

To work as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
