Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to flight bookings, baggage, travel policies, and more. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements
