Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required)
