Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Virtual Customer Care team at American Express. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued card members. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience while ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding American Express products, services, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual customer care environment.

  • Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
