Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the data presented. You'll work closely with our team to ensure smooth office operations, conduct routine checks and maintenance, and perform regular back-ups to ensure data preservation.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
  • Managing data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ensuring smooth office operations by conducting routine checks and maintenance.
  • Performing regular back-ups to ensure data preservation.
  • Assisting other office staff as needed.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Performing administrative duties as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
  • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications
