Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our health insurance clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data into our CRM and Excel files, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Analyzing Customer Concerns: Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and retained.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM, ensuring that our data is reliable and secure.
  • Making Our Customers Smile: Provide exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations and makes them want to do business with us.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak and understand Spanish.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and build rapport with customers.
  • Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience using Excel, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Quick Learner: A willingness to learn and understand health insurance terminology and concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
