As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in assisting callers with product and service information, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll be the voice of our clients, and your professionalism and politeness will make all the difference in managing customer needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting service appointments for automotive dealerships
  • Providing information about automotive services
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all callers
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying callers' needs for call resolution
  • Adhering to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Accurately processing online reservations
  • Accurately documenting call information and interactions
  • Maintaining knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance standards
  • Ongoing training for all arenaflex client programs and accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of call center or customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of computer software and skills, including computer navigation and typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
  • Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
  • Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills
  • Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs
  • Dependability
  • Fluency in English
  • 18 years of age or older

Ideal Availability

We're looking for individuals who can commit to:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST
  • Required 8 hours of availability every other Saturday

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a two-week mandatory remote training program, which will cover the following topics:

  • arenaflex company culture and policies
  • Customer Traac (CTI) division overview
  • Call center software and systems
  • Customer care processes and techniques
  • Quality Assurance standards
  • Ongoing training for all arenaflex client programs and accounts
