About the RoleYou will own the integrity and performance of the entire digital surface across both brands from storefront and product pages to cart, checkout, post-purchase flows, email campaigns, automations, third-party apps, and paid media landing pages. If a customer can see it or interact with it, it sits within your scope.

Every broken flow, misaligned price, or overlooked detail directly impacts conversion and customer trust. This role exists as the final quality gate; the last line of defense ensuring a seamless, high-performing customer experience across every touchpoint.

You will conduct rigorous, daily QA across all digital surfaces, proactively identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and conversion risks. With a sharp eye for detail and structured thinking, you will deliver clear, prioritized feedback to ensure issues are resolved before they translate into revenue loss.

What You Will Do

• Conduct daily end-to-end QA sweeps across both brand storefronts, covering every page and user flow on desktop and mobile.
• Test and validate all email campaigns and automation flows, ensuring link integrity and consistent rendering across devices and clients.
• Audit embedded apps, third-party integrations, and checkout experiences regularly to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Perform regression testing following every deployment or site update to prevent breakages and maintain stability.
• Log, prioritize, and communicate bugs with clear severity levels and quantified revenue impact.
• Deliver structured weekly QA reports to leadership, highlighting key issues, trends, and risk areas.
• Maintain and continuously evolve a comprehensive QA checklist, while proactively flagging inconsistencies in pricing, copy, imagery, and overall user experience.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of QA experience on e-commerce websites, with Shopify preferred.
• Hands-on experience testing email platforms, including validation of links, tracking, and cross-device rendering.
• Exceptional attention to detail across pricing, copy, UX, and visual consistency.
• Clear and precise written English, with the ability to produce actionable and unambiguous reports.
• Comfortable working in async environments with structured daily output and high accountability.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Shopify apps, subscription tools, and review platforms.
• Nice to have: Basic understanding of UTM parameters, tracking links, and experience using browser dev tools and screen recording for bug documentation.

How You'll Report IssuesEvery bug report must include a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, expected vs actual behaviour, severity level, revenue impact assessment, device and browser details, and a screenshot or recording where relevant. Vague reports will be returned.

Severity runs P0 (checkout/revenue blocking), P1 (broken UX with a workaround), and P2 (visual or copy inconsistency). P0s are escalated immediately, P1s within the hour, P2s in the daily log.

Who You'll Work WithYou will sit within the Bundle Pod but cover both brands. Day-to-day you will report to the Bundle Pod Lead, and work closely with dev, design, email and retention, and paid media teams depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-negotiables

• Daily sweeps completed consistently; this is the core of the role
• Every P0 and P1 issue logged and escalated on the day of discovery
• No assumptions; if something looks wrong, you flag it
• Everything gets logged, even if a fix seems obvious or quick
