Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

To be successful as a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
