Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist – Remote, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through various online chat platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting any issues related to our products and services
