Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our digital databases. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customer information is up-to-date, accurate, and secure. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter customer and account data into our digital databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and entered into our databases.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the relevant teams.
  • Data Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Database Management Experience: Experience with database management tools and software.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Experience with data analysis and reporting, including generating reports and performing data visualization.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
