- Responsibilities: As a Live Chat Support Agent, your main task is to respond to live chat messages on a businesss website or social media accounts. This role primarily involves customer support, where you will answer questions from existing customers regarding topics such as returns and re-ordering.
- Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you need a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. You should also be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have at least 5 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
