What's the Job All About?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
- Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
- Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards set goals, helping you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
* You must be fluent and proficient in Danish
- You must reside in Denmark (note: you'll work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- You have a high level of English proficiency
- You're interested in technology and not afraid to dive into technical challenges
- You know what good customer service is and are motivated to deliver it
- You have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
