Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' queries via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, set your own hours, and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide product information and sales support to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours availability per week

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
