This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for Banqueting Waiters/Waitresses to join our team on a casual basis.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of beautifully curated banqueting events where warm service, attention to detail, and genuine care create memorable experiences for our guests.
The role:
As a Banqueting Waiter or Waitress, you will support the delivery of outstanding food and beverage service throughout all banqueting operations. You will share expert knowledge of menu items, offer guidance on preparation and presentation, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and well looked after.
What you bring:
Previous experience as a waiter or waitress
A natural passion for guest service and creating thoughtful moments
Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork
A warm, confident, and professional manner
