Business Development Manager / Director (US East Coast based)

Metronomia Clinical Research is a specialized biometrics CRO with 160 experts worldwide. As we expand in the US, we’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager / Director (US East Coast based) with a strong biotech network and deep experience selling biometrics services. Your Mission Win new biotech clients and grow Metronomia’s US presence. You’ll leverage your existing relationships, represent us at industry events, and drive opportunities from first contact to contract signature. This role requires someone who is hungry, strategic, and ready to run from day one . What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business in the US biotech market through your established network.
  • Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and move them through the pipeline.
  • Represent Metronomia at conferences and events; heavy networking is expected.
  • Position our biometrics services clearly and confidently, highlighting our differentiators.
  • Work closely with leadership and delivery teams on proposals and negotiations.
  • Provide market insight to support US growth strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of BD experience

in a specialized biometrics CRO

  • essential.
  • A

strong, active biotech network with direct access to decision-makers.

  • Proven success selling biostatistics, programming, data management, and medical writing.
  • A self-driven, persistent, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and credibility with scientific and executive audiences.
  • Based in the US.
