The Role

• Advise on Debt Financing Transactions: Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with credit facilities, leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financing, and refinancing matters.
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Financing Documents: Including credit agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related collateral documentation.
• Conduct Due Diligence and Support Transaction Execution: Assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing complex debt financing transactions, including reviewing corporate and financial documentation.
• Ensure Regulatory and Compliance Alignment: Advise clients on compliance with applicable federal and state lending laws, regulatory requirements, and financing-related obligations.

The Requirements ✅

• 5+ Years Experience
• Corporate Law Experience

The Package

• Up to $275K Base + Sign on Bonus
• Monthly Performance Related Bonus + End of Year Bonus
• 5-10% of all Matters you work on
