Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
  • Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network.
  • Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Experience working in a retail or sales environment.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, which includes both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A 6% 401(k) match.

  • Over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days).
  • Reduced pricing on arenaflex products and services.

Additional Incentives

Applicants from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, which will be paid out in two equal parts. The first installment at the one-month point and the second 50% allocation will follow after nine months of working with arenaflex.
