Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Execute solutions for business problems using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods

• Continuously develop and exhibit improved analysis strategies
• Possess expertise and be comfortable with possessing data and working from idea through to execution
• Identify a business issue and the available data and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or business intelligence
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data science or business intelligence
