Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy

  • Enter claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or claims coordination)
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with claims management systems and data entry software

  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or claims coordination
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
