Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other Ground Operations Groups to ensure that our ground activities run smoothly and efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Entering passenger and cargo information into our system + Updating flight schedules and itineraries + Processing and verifying documents + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Work closely with our Operations team to ensure that our data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
