Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other Ground Operations Groups to ensure that our ground activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:
+ Entering passenger and cargo information into our system + Updating flight schedules and itineraries + Processing and verifying documents + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure that our data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
