- You'll also be responsible for distributing and storing month-end closing reports, ensuring that our financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
What You'll Do
• Perform fundamental accounting functions, such as reviewing accounting data, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Explore and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly, working closely with external contacts when necessary.
- Complete data entry of accounting data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Alter and review daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands.
- Distribute and store month-end closing reports, ensuring that our financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform various capabilities and impromptu activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the division's/organization's achievement of objectives and business targets.
All You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in airline or travel industry accounting
- Familiarity with broad accounting standards and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
