Position Overview

In this meaningful role, you will be the frontline voice of our trusted client partnerships, handling inbound phone calls from members seeking clarification and assistance with their healthcare benefits. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service through every phone interaction. Here's what your daily work will involve:

  • Handle High-Volume Inbound Calls: Professionally manage a steady stream of incoming calls from members seeking healthcare benefits information, maintaining composure and effectiveness throughout busy periods.
  • Gather and Assess Customer Information: Efficiently collect necessary caller details while actively listening to understand their specific needs, concerns, and questions regarding their healthcare benefits.
  • Educate and Inform: Provide clear, accurate explanations about products, services, and benefit coverages, ensuring callers fully understand their options and how to maximize their benefits.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems: Masterfully utilize various technology platforms and databases simultaneously to access customer information, update records, and document interactions accurately.
  • Resolve Issues Effectively: Aim for first-call resolution by understanding customer needs thoroughly and applying problem-solving skills to address concerns within established guidelines.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed both arenaflex and client performance standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Balance Policies and Customer Needs: Make thoughtful decisions that align with company policies while ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Continuously evaluate current procedures and actively contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Document Accurately: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, ensuring proper call disposition and compliance with documentation requirements.
