Responsibilities

* Assist customers with various inquiries, such as order tracking, product information, returns, and more

  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding arenaflex's products, policies, and services
  • Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection to perform duties from home effectively

  • Computer and other equipment provided by arenaflex for work-related tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (some positions may require)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
