Experienced Data Entry Executive – Customer Service and Operations Support

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Executive to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Executive, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into our computer systems. You'll also support our customer service and operations teams by processing reservation statistics, updating customer information, and verifying the accuracy of records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into arenaflex's computer systems with a high level of accuracy.

  • Process reservation statistics, including bookings, cancellations, and adjustments to flight itineraries.
  • Update customer information, ensuring that all facts are current and correct.
  • Support the input of financial and accounting facts related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Verify the accuracy of records before access and correct any mistakes or discrepancies as required.
  • Participate with other departments to ensure the timely and correct transfer of records between systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by arenaflex's management team.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is desirable.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software. Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus, but not always required, as training may be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data confidentiality and the importance of data protection.
