Job Description:
As a Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's freight services, communicating directly with clients and providing exceptional support through various channels. This is a entry-level customer service position, and our leaders will provide mentorship to help you grow and develop your career.
Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo transportation and delivery
- Work flexible shifts, including early morning and evening hours, to accommodate flight schedules and client needs
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
