Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll work on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and technical problem-solving to make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assembling large, complex datasets that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process upgrades, including re-designing infrastructure for increased scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building required infrastructure for high-quality extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational performance and customer acquisition
- Working with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and government groups, to support data-related technical issues
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design groups, to aid their data infrastructure needs while supporting data-related technical issues
- Generating or adapting tools and technology to serve customer needs
- Performing other process-related duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in AWS, SQL, and data analytics tools and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science
- Certification in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices
