Optometrist (Teleconsultant) – Remote in México – Support U.S. Clinics
Snapscale is hiring Optometrists with refraction experience to join our telehealth program based onsite in a HIPAA-compliant Mérida facility. This is a professional clinical support role — not retail, not sales, and not customer service. What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate refractions (manual or digital phoropters)
- Support U.S. clinics via secure telehealth systems
- Guide patients through vision assessments
- Document results in EMR
- Work in a clinical, structured on-site environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- MXN $18,000–$28,000 monthly (depending on experience)
- IMSS after probation

Employment Structure:
- Work is performed on-site in our certified partner’s HIPAA-compliant Mérida facility.
- Employment is through Snapscale’s authorized EOR partner.
- Daily work direction and training come from Snapscale.
- Optometry degree (Mexico recognized)
- 1+ year refraction or clinical experience
- Strong English skills
- Able to work on-site in Mérida, Yucatán
- Willing to train (HIPAA, EMR, Telehealth)
