Interior Designer Needed to Create Scalable Finish Packages for House Flips (Investor-Focused)

Job Description

I’m an interior designer and real estate investor building a scalable design system specifically for house flippers and builders. I’m looking for an experienced designer who understands design for resale (not just aesthetics) to help create repeatable, investor-friendly finish packages for residential renovations. This is not a typical client design project — this is about building a productized design system that can be reused across multiple homes. Project Scope You will help create complete finish packages for a: 3-bedroom, 2-bath home Kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms Each package should be: Cohesive Cost-conscious Broadly appealing for resale (not overly trendy or niche) Easy for contractors to execute Deliverables For each design package, you will provide: 1. Design Boards (per space) Kitchen Bathroom(s) Living/Common areas Bedroom baseline 2. Finish & Material Selections Include: Flooring (main + wet areas) Paint colors (walls, trim, cabinets) Cabinet styles + colors Countertops Backsplash Tile (bathroom floor + shower) Plumbing fixtures Lighting (all key locations) Hardware (door + cabinet) Vanity options (multiple sizes preferred) 3. Product Sourcing Must include shoppable links Prefer vendors like: Wayfair Amazon Home Depot Ferguson (or similar) 4. Options Within Each Package Provide 2–3 variations where needed, such as: Vanity sizes (24", 30", 36") Lighting alternatives Hardware swaps 5.
