About the position Application/Business Support Engineer/Analyst. W2 only. Contract.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting SaaS business applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with user license provisioning, access administration, and workflow approvals
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, data entry errors, and vendor escalations
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
  • Understanding of change control processes and production support best practices
  • System administration (non‑developer) within financial services or professional services environments Benefits
